"I was really hopeful for these shoes, but they lack so much!!! I LOVE the Resident 2. 0, but the Resident Plus are not great. They slip off my heel even though I purchased the same size I always wear in Toms. Also, not a comfortable insole. Just really disappointed these shoes. Please bring the Resident 2. 0 back!!!"

Very comfy

"I ordered a size 12 but may have been able to get an 11. Ideally, and 11. 5 would have been perfect. Got these for a trip to Europe, lots of walking. Did well on all the hills. They look good, actually got a nice compliment on them in Lisbon. Would order again."

Runs large

"I have 4 pairs of Tom’s from about 10 years ago and they’re still great, though getting ratty with frequent use. All size 8 1/2. The new ones I just bought to upgrade my collection are also great but too big. I exchanged for a size 8 which is much better, but still need to wear socklets for a better fit. I wish they hadn’t changed the sizing."
