Would have given 5 stars but find your sizes really vary
With your shoes - i have found i am a 7.5 in your wide version on Kansas shoes or an 8.5 regular but your widths are very narrow on what you call a medium width - i am an 8.5 in this slipper but find still narrow - good grip on soles and a sturdy slipper - customers be aware if you have feet abot on the woder side definitely go up a 1/2 or full size
