"The shoes are lovely but they run on the big side and I am unable to return them from Canada so not sure I can wear them - wish I had known the return policy before I bought them. In general I am very happy with the brand, just not this purchase."
"I ordered these shoes. First time ordering from Toma. Size was off, I normally wear a 6 1/2, but I needed a 7. I tried to go through the process to return and size up or get a solid color not on sale. I was very disappointed to see that because they were on sale, I couldn’t return them. Which is sad. It didn’t tell me that when i ordered. Not happy. I would’ve tried a size 7 and gotten a solid pair, not on sale, had i been able to return. Now I’m stuck with a brand new pair of shoes that are snug and I’ll probably never wear. Lesson learned, don’t order Toms online."
"They don’t fit very well. The top material piece is very large and my foot slips and ends up with my toes hanging over the top. The length is perfect but the top piece is too big. They are adorable and look great, just do t fit well."

"Really cute sandals, but even though I got my usual size which fits perfectly, they tend to slip a bit. I need to walk slower in order to keep them on my feet. Maybe the shoe would benefit from using a more elastic material. Because of this, I would not buy. I most likely won’t be wearing them very much."

"Looks can be deceiving. This shoe looks so cute, but is incredibly uncomfortable. I tried to like it. Told myself that once I broke it in, they would fit better. That never happened and I made several attempts to contact customer support to no avail. Im pretty sure customer service is designed to wear you down until you give up and either push the $80 shoe to the back of your closet or take them to goodwill. Sad and disappointed. Would not recommend this brand."
