Got these to wear as a teacher who is on my feet a lot and these are better than expected! So comfortable and cute! I have several other pair of Tom’s and these fit similarly but may be a little larger than some of the others. I usually wear a 5.5 or 6 and went with the 5.5 in these and they fit well.

A little tight at first, but I assume they'll stretch a little over time. They're comfortable, easy to put on/off, but doesn't give me blisters. They add a little height too. I like them!
