    Customer Service went over and beyond!

    I was past the return window, but as a loyal customer (I literally shop at TOMS almost every month!), I reached out to customer service because the shoes I ordered were too big. They were brand new and had never been worn, and TOMS graciously honored an exchange. I'm so happy with my cute new shoes in the correct size!     Love the color on this pair. Runs large. I sized down a full size from my usually 6. These Toms are so comfortable wont be able to go back to the regular ones

    Comfortable like a slipper!

    LOVE this style--so much that I bought a second color. I have bunions and wide feet so the extra room in the Alpargata Plus is perfect and allows me to wear TOMS Shoes again!
