"These shoes are very cute but also uncomfortable. The fabric is very stiff and thick and not comfortable. I will definitely have to work on breaking them in. Not sure if washing would help but I am considering trying it."

"I never bought Tom’s before as I found them so uncomfortable. Then I purchased a pair of boots, they were sooo comfy! My favorite everyday boots. So then I decided on these, as the return policy was great, I cannot believe how AMAZING & comfortable these shoes are! Not only that, I got the leopard print and they are very stylish! Thank you Tom’s!"
Heel Too Big
"I gave this shoe a 2 for style. Otherwise, I cannot wear this shoe. The heel is way too big so it slips off my foot. I wish that manufacturers made their shoes to fit better."
Loose
"I normally wear a size 10, but I’ve bought 9. 5 in Tom’s before. Then I bought these navy shoes and (9. 5) and they are loose. I really don’t think I could fit my foot into a size 9. I’m a little disappointed. I do like Toms product and I will keep these shoes, I just wish that the sizing was more consistent."

"Out of the 50 or so pairs I own, they all fit well except for this pair. Sadly, they are too wide and a bit too long. I have ordered the same size for all of them. I slipped on my brand new shoes and couldn’t keep them on. I don’t like to send things back, so will try insoles. Maybe they will help. Disappointed this time. Not a bad score. 1 out of 50 ish."

"I ordered 2 different style shoes. Same size. The other style fit perfectly but these ran very large. I didn’t know there was no free returns from my state so I’ll keep these with padding inside."

"The size is very off. I have owned countless pairs of toms, always in the same time. These arrived and are HUGE. as I am in Canada I cannot return them, unless I pay for shipping and restocking. Those costs will equate to more than the price of the shoes. I am now out the money, and these are not cheap shoes"

"Ive always worn size 8. The shoes arrived and too big. I returned and asked for 7. 5. They arrived and too wide. I did not care for the print. Definitely looked "stamped" on plus this shoe did not have the traditional "Tom" look and design. Looked cheap and not the quality."

"These shoes are exactly as pictured. The textured material is stylish and functional for dressing up or down. Unfortunately the shoes run a little large. I always wear a size 7 (including in other Toms shoes) but could definitely have sized down at least a half size if not more."

"I bought these in the natural color so I could wear them with everything in my summer travel suitcase. I decided to size down a half size and I’m glad I did. I was wearing them around the house and was disheartened to feel them rub a bit where the fabric hit the top of my right foot- funny story though- upon closer inspection I realized the packaging was still in the toe! So be sure to remove the cardboard toe inserts before wearing ;) I think if I’d purchased my usual size it would have been too big to stay on my foot with each step. The cushion in these soles is incredible! So much squishy absorption! I think I may wear them for my day at Disneyland they are that cush! And they are so cute and feminine. The color will go with everything- these were a terrific purchase!"
