No heel padding
"I have owned so many pairs of Toms over the years. They have always been comfortable and well made. Most new shoes will have a break-in period. I've had these since November and anytime I wear them I cannot wait to take them off. There is no heel padding at all. Like after 25 wears, I still nearly get blisters. They fit properly. Also, the laces are too long. Really a bummer."
