I just wanted a pair of light comfortable slipons I could wear to casual environments. I also very much like Tom's in that they donate a pair with every purchase, so I like their message.

Thank you so much for the amazing customer service! Even though my shoes were purchased on sale and weren’t eligible for an exchange, you kindly helped me exchange them for the right size. I truly appreciate it! The quality and comfort of TOMS are why I already have at least seven pairs in my closet.
