"I’ve been ordering Toms for years—always the same size. Recently I ordered two pair on their flash sale (no returns), same size as always, and they are HUGE!!! I can barely keep them on my feet and they look odd so I , of course, won’t be wearing them. Now I’m out almost $50 and hesitant to order any more for fear the same thing will happen again. Such a disappointment!!"
"Ordered 3 pairs of different alpargatas. I buy 2 pairs a year, always in the same size. I ordered in a 9 and these were way too big. They fit like at least half a size too big"
"I was very disappointed in the changed sizing. I was replacing a size 12 that fit me well. This size 12 was too small. I thought I just needed to break it in.
