"Tom’s has a great concept; buy a pair of shoes to provide a pair of shoes for someone in need. I would so love to be able to contribute. But their shoes simply do not fit properly. If I get the proper size for my feet, the shoe will not stay on my foot. My heels lift out of the shoe. If I get a size to stay on my heel, the shoe is too short and hurts my feet."

I like but don’t love.

"I am a true size 7 and these are snug. I also wanted them to be a little bit more cushy in the sole and they are kind of hard which make my feet feel tired after some wear. Also the shade of pink is very light- they look like my skin. Not terrible but not quite what I was hoping for. I love Tom’s in general yet these are not a favorite."

Very Good Looking -- not dorky!

"These are darling shoes, without being cutesy or dorky -- both of which I don't work for me. They're quite comfortable, and don't look like silly Keds, because they have the elevation of the platform; the fraying gives them a worn-in look, but the shoe is dressier than Walk Hero, or the like. Toms never disappoints!"

Toooo big

"I loved the look of the shoes however way too big. They slipped off my heel with every step I attempted. The sole was also very hard to bend. I need to return, how do I do that?"

Worst customer service

"The return policy is horrid, they charge you a restocking fee. I tried the brand for the first time seeing some cute shoes. . Not knowing how fit ordered several pairs. Kept two returned the rest. Hit with a fee for each pair. Will never order again from this company. Especially when so many other brands do not charge for returns. So much for customer service. Extremely disappointed"

"I love the way these look! I tried them on when they came and they were comfortable, however I I did not walk around in them. I can’t wear them because they will not stay on my feet— the heel slips. I tossed the box so I can’t return😞"

The only positive thing that

"The only positive thing that I can say is that the pattern is pretty. I ordered a size 6. 5 (which is the same size I had previously purchased in the black) and they were not at all close to being a size 6. 5. I still love my black pair that is at least a year old but had to return this pattern due to sizing. Go up in size if you order this super cute pattern."

Cute

"The description says it is a metallic color, and it is definitely shinier in person than the photo. My regular size was too big so I exchanged for half a size smaller. It still slips out from the back so I am not sure yet if this will work for me. But they are cute!"
