"They were not what I was wanting. Did not fit me properly. Too high on the sides. . . scratched at my ankle bones. . . will have my great granddaughter try them on on July 13th. . . hopefully they will fit her. Did get quality customer service from TOMS to know exactly what kind of shoe I was looking for. Love my TOMS."
"I ordered a size 9 as a replacement for a returned size 9. 5 - neither fit. The size 9. 5 was so big it was falling off my foot. The size 9 was so small my toes were scrunched up and squished. I have been a Tom's wearer for years and have never had this kind of inconsistency in sizing. It's a bummer and a hassle. I am out like $14 on shipping for a $40 pair of shoes and still don't have shoes that fit."
"I tried to buy these shoes twice. Size 9-1/2 wide was too big so I ordered 9 wide and they were too small. I didn't know what to do so I gave up! I'm returning the second pair, too"
"Ive wore Tom’s for a bit now, however when I bought the new alpargata I was very surprised and very disappointed. My old alpargata was a size 7. 5 in women’s so I bought the new one of course I bought a 7. 5 again, however the new one was bigger. I was able to exchange it which was great however when I got the new one in size 7 it still feels big and very bulky. It’s definitely not like the old one. Ive bought other shoes from Tom’s in other styles in the past and haven’t been satisfied either. They are very uncomfortable. Not sure if I’ll be purchasing again."

"The style and neutral color seemed Super cute prior to purchasing … The material is very stiff and rubs again my skin right on top of my foot . It’s impossible to wear them . I almost returned them right away but I wanted to give them another chance by wearing them a few times , hoped they will become looser and less stiff . Didn’t work! Also, the style seems to have changed, they feel like they are higher cut which I don’t like . . I always loved toms and purchased multiple pairs in the past . I do not find them comfortable anymore which makes me not buying them again unfortunately . ."
