Terrible design and customer service

"I’m writing this review for the Eliza Black Leather boots- for some reason it won’t let me leave a review on that purchase. The heel started coming off the 2nd time I wore these boots. I reached out to customer service sending them multiple emails over the last few months requesting a refund and have heard nothing. They responded to the first email and said they would send me another pair and to confirm size. I emailed back numerous times requesting a refund as I think the design and make is flawed and no one has responded back. I have given them multiple opportunities to make this right. I expected more from Tom’s."

"These boots are beautiful! As soon as I unwrapped them, I saw the gorgeous color and amazing quality. Haven’t worn them too much yet because of weather, but they are a snug fit. Did buy my usual size though because I know they will break in and be very comfortable. Can’t wait for nicer weather to wear them!"

ehhh, they're ok

"Look very different online. Not nearly as cute in person. . . are actually way more shimmery or sparkly than appear online. Look more like a dated glittery denim that a much younger or much older person would like. Size is spot on and not uncomfortable. Just not what I thought for the material."

Pretty but Painful

"The shoes are beautiful. Great look and shape, beautiful fabric. However, they are stiff with no support whatsoever. My foot slides to the front, and my feet hurt in no time, smash up to the toes and sides of foot. I’m dying by the end of the day. No padding."

Poor service

"Unfortunately I never received the package. Instead of getting a refund, despite being told I’d be refunded the way I paid, they offered store credit. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone to get it figured out. Didn’t need the shoes anymore because they never came and they were ordered for a specific event. Big bummer."

Run big in size

"I ALWAYS wear a size 7, and with the thickest pair of socks they still slide up and down on my heel. They are pretty, but run big. Frustrating to have to pay a restocking fee and wait over 2-3 weeks for a refund. I definitely won’t order from this company again, it’s not customer friendly in that way."
