I got AI generated responses to my concerns, and the return took forever to process. (it still has not). If a company like Amazon can process my refund the same day I drop off something for return, it seems like the technology of your company must be very archaic comparatively if it takes 10 days for you to do the same thing."

"These boots have a nice design and the I love the suede outside but they are very narrow. I have normal width feet but these are impossibly tight. Also the insole/footbed is terrible and sits in the middle of the arch of my foot. The entire boot is too stiff and not wearable at all. Plus, I can't return them as they were part of a recent online sale."
