"The right sandal strap is attached incorrectly. Got an exchange and the exchange had the same issue. I’m not sure if it’s only size 5 or all sizes but did have to return both pairs."

"I have worn Tom's Sloane sandals for years and they finally started to get a bit worn so I went to order a new pair. I thought these might be the closest match, but the fit was off and I felt like my feet slid around way too much in the shoe.
