"I've had my eye on these shoes for a while and I'm so glad I finally got them! I would say they run a little small, especially if you have fat feet. I originally got a size 10 but they were too small, so I exchanged for a size 11 and they're perfect (exchange process was super easy too!) I do think my feet recently grew due to pregnancy, so that may have something to do with it."

My biggest concern was that after two days of wearing them the leather started to flake. "These shoes are beautiful and pair well with many outfits. However, I have wide, flat feet, not necessarily large, but wide enough that the shoes press against the sides of my feet and leave marks. I purchased the wide version, but they were still uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue for me with TOMS. While their styles are consistently cute, many of their shoes feel tight on the sides and can be difficult to walk in if you have wider feet."
"Wore these shoes only twice and the inner lining started tearing, with green foam literally coming out from inside. For a $100 pair, that’s unacceptable. I reached out to customer service and the warranty team, but my claim was denied due to their 60-day policy even though this is clearly a material defect, not normal wear. Really disappointed with the quality and customer support. I expected much better at this price point. I won’t be purchasing from TOMS again."
