"The shoes were comfortable, but the color pictured was very different than the color I received. My experience with the company after was not great either. I got AI generated responses to my concerns, and the return took forever to process. (it still has not). If a company like Amazon can process my refund the same day I drop off something for return, it seems like the technology of your company must be very archaic comparatively if it takes 10 days for you to do the same thing."

I took one star off because I need to wear bandages on my baby toes because there is something within the shoe that rubs up against both baby toes. I still love them! I’ve worn them several times but I still need to wear the extra padding on the toes. I bought them in another color and I needed to wear the bandages only once before they stretched enough not to rub up against my toes. I’m hoping the black ones stretch enough too."
"These boots have a nice design and the I love the suede outside but they are very narrow. I have normal width feet but these are impossibly tight. Also the insole/footbed is terrible and sits in the middle of the arch of my foot. The entire boot is too stiff and not wearable at all. Plus, I can't return them as they were part of a recent online sale."
