"Came with this stain and I cant get the stain off. The other shoe doesn’t have any. So this is either production error or u are selling used/returned pair without thorough cleaning. Not cool. And I have to pay the shipping for return for trusting your brand. First time buyer actually. Quite annoyed."

"These are super cute and the insole is comfortable, but there is no way to adjust the straps to avoid painful pressure points and blisters. I can't walk in these for more than a few minutes. I Even exchanged sizes without improvement. Would not recommend if you need the ability to walk."
"Unfortunately for me, these shoes don't feel very good on my feet. Im hopeful the leather will stretch but after having the Majorca heels and loving them, I'm particularly disappointed. This is the second pair of Tom's ive purchased that do not fit well. They're really cute, though. I'm also frustrated with Tom's fluctuating prices. It's annoying to buy something and then see its been marked down days later, or be tempted to buy and the price goes back up. Makes me hesitate."
"I haven't worn these for long periods of time yet, but so far they're extremely comfortable and very cute. I love how soft and squishy the foot bed is and the quality is great. I actually wanted a similar style with a higher heel but they weren't vegan ("leather wrapped heel", what. . . ?), so I got these. I'm glad I did because they'll be more versatile with the shorter heel. I ordered my normal size."
