Poor return policy and inaccurate sizing

"The shoes arrived much larger than my usual size. When I tried to arrange a return, I discovered that TOMS charges a restocking fee and does not cover return shipping. Charging customers extra just to return an ill-fitting item is very disappointing customer service. Buyers beware of the hidden return costs."
