How we work
All TOMS HQ employees are currently working from the comfort of their own homes. We have the full support of our tech team as we meet virtually to celebrate milestones, work on cross-functional projects, or even volunteer with our Giving Partners. Still, we know that remote work can be challenging, so it’s our goal to help team members create a healthy and productive work-from-home environment. In order to do so, we provide our employees with a generous stipend to cover home office needs, whether that means a comfortable chair, a new desk, a diffuser, or a dog bed. Additionally, we encourage our employees to attend our virtual wellness classes focused on providing physical, mental,and financial wellness, as well as parenting support.
