Customer Service?
"Maybe I'm missing something, but Tom's had but gotten back to the 2 emails and chat I've sent. I'll call if I must, but I'm surprised they won't respond. I never received this shoe. I'm hoping my review actually draws attention to the fact that they've neglected to reach out to me regarding the poor delivery service I've received. It's not even technically their fault, and I'm trying to do them a favor. Please, somebody reach out to me!"
