Need to be re-charged? Plug in with an energizing outdoor exercise session. With the fall months among us, enjoy these outdoor activities where the air is fresh and the weather is favorable. Go on… see what the beautiful wilderness has to offer. Don’t forget your sun protection, a water bottle and a healthy snack (our favorite-trail mix). With views like this, you may find yourself sweatin’ it out for a longer than usual workout.

Go for a Beach Walk or Run. Live near the beach? Enjoy an ocean-lined view with a power walk or run. A low tide provides hard-packed surfaces that are the easiest on the joints. Pick your intensity level and enjoy the sounds of the crashing waves.
Stair Climb. Take a peek around your neighborhood for accessible public stairs. Switch up your stair climbing with side stepping, alternating leg kickbacks, or tackling two steps at a time.
Bike Your Errands. Need to make a few stops after work? Hop on your bike and run by the bank, post office, or grocery store.
Remember, when it comes to getting active aim for 30 minutes most days of the week!
