Can the Can: Swap out your sugar sweetened beverage for good old water. Get creative and flavor it with rosemary and cantaloupe or your favorite flavor.
Get Movin: Challenge yourself to use your breaks for 10-minute power walks.
De-Stress: Take a breathing break. Inhale slowly for 10 counts. Exhale slowly for 10 counts. Repeat. Breathe in lavender oil for added relaxation.
