Red Vegan Women's Wrap Boots

I have had my wrap boots for one year now, they don't get dirty a lot and I washed them once in the washer with no tumble and dried on a rack. But after 7 months the back of the heel where it has the time logo that part has come completely undone I tried to re sew it with no luck but a shoe repair place fixed them. they are great.
