I'm normal a size 8 but they fit too tight, felt like my foot was being head locked.... I got a 9 and they fit nice, and were very comfortable. I Ride my Bike with these shoes and I go to school in them. I don't go 1 day without wearing these bad boys, this shoe is for a good cause. Oh and I received a Tom's flag in my package which was a plus :D
