I wanted to buy a pair of TOMS but I couldn't decide which ones. I love the way these look but I saw some reviews about the burlap being rough, and having to break them in. I ended up buying them anyway after seeing TOMS' guarantee. I don't know if those people bought the shoes too small or what, but I've had NO problems with the material. In fact, they're the most comfortable shoes I own! I am usually an 8 (heels) to 8.5 (sneakers) and the size 8 fit perfectly. I love that they have some arch support and they're super cute and different. I'm back online browsing for my next pair right now!
