Before I bought this shoe I read every single review. Some said the color was off; some said the shoe was too big, others said it was too small; and almost everyone complained that they get dirty. I wear between a 7 and 7.5 and I purchased a 7.5. They fit perfectly and after 2 months, they stretched out...but not in a bad way. I think every shoe fit is different though; my sister got a 7.5 and I could barely get it on my foot-- go with your bigger size if you have more shoes in that size. The color of the shoe is perfect, just like the picture--not like a bandaid. Also, I believe the dirt adds character. My shoes look a tad darker because of dirt but they don't actually look dirty. I bought these for work because I have to wear closed-toe shoes and dislike wearing tennis shoes all the time-- they are perfect for this and I actually wear them more than just to work because they are the perfect alternative to tennis shoes!
