I love my Tom's. They are extremely comfortable and have great arch support. I live outside of NYC and they're great for walking around the city all day; probably the only shoe I own that I can do that without aching feet at the end of the day. I wear a 7.5 so this is what I ordered but next time I would have sized down to a 7 as even the burlap shoe loosened up over time. I was also disappointed that my shoe split at the heel within a month or two of wearing them. After a little more time, the shoe also split right above where the ball of my foot is towards the front. It's my main hesitation in buying a future pair.
