I LOVED my burlap Toms. I had to get a smaller size because my size slipped off my heel. I didn't wear them every day, but wore them a couple times a week. I always got compliments on them. The burlap on the heel started fraying and now I have a large area on both shoes with no burlap. They are also fraying on the tops and on the side. I had them for about six months before they started falling apart. I still wear them because they go with everything and are really comfy. I am going to a purchase a canvas pair next time and hope they last longer. I will miss the burlap though!
