I've exchanged them for a half size larger, my toes were right to the front of the shoes. I'm think the width stretch with use. I do find them comfortable to walk in.

Heavy-stitch accent in contrasting color between upper and outsole
TOMS classic suede insole with rubber cushion for comfort
Latex sponge arch insert for added support
One-piece outsole made with a mixture of rubbers for resilience, flexibility and durability

TOMS run true to size and are available in medium width only. We recommend ordering the size you normally wear in a casual or dress shoe. If you are typically in between sizes, we recommend going with the smaller one since TOMS will stretch slightly as you break them in.
