One day without shoes
Dear Toms shoes,
Today is April 8th and also the day when thousands even millions of people are challenged to not wear shoes all day. I participated in this event and so did many of my friends and fellow students. I have very much enjoyed the task and I'm sure many others that I am acquainted with have also. The only problem with this is that we are all still in high school and as you know, high school comes with a lot of rules and regulations. One of these being that all students must wear shoes to school due to insurance and health codes enforced by our state and school board. Many students were sent home today for their lack of proper foot wear and were required to report back with their feet covered. I have taken into consideration that this specific date, April 8th, is possibly a traditional day that you hold this very meaningful occasion, but if a solution to this dilemma is possible, it would be greatly apppreciated by many in my area and I am sure many other students across the United States.

Today Show spot
I watched the piece on the Today Show this morning and was happy to see that the company is such a success both on the financial side and especially on the charitable side.
From the video of the Today Show, it appeared as if the shoes that were being placed on the children's feet were fitting them just right. Since kids grow so quickly, especially their feet, I was wondering if the children are given shoes that are a half size larger than their current size?
